Air Force says 9 out of 10 Russian drones downed in nighttime attack

The Russians attacked Ukraine with 10 Shahed attack drones on the night of 16-17 November, and Ukrainian defenders managed to shoot down nine UAVs.

Quote from the Air Force: “The enemy attacked with 10 Shahed attack UAVs from the direction of Primorsko-Akhtarsk (Russia) on the night of 16-17 November.

As a result of combat operations, nine enemy attack UAVs were destroyed within Mykolaiv, Odesa, Zhytomyr and Khmelnytskyi oblasts.”

Details: It is reported that fighters, anti-aircraft missile units and mobile fire groups were involved in responding to the air attack.

The Russians also fired several S-300 anti-aircraft guided missiles on the Donetsk front. There were no reported casualties.
