A fire broke out overnight on 15-16 November at a military unit near the village of Kotluban.

Details: Baza reports that the fire at a Russian Ministry of Defence facility started at about 01:00. Locals stated they also heard explosions.

The village of Kotluban is located to the north-west of the city of Volgograd.
Bocharov reported that the fire had been put out, and there were no casualties or damage to civilian facilities.
